Privacy screen panels are an incredible and long lasting way to bring luxury to both your indoor and outdoor spaces. These products are both weather resistant and easily installed, and they can be used to filter out the sun, define spaces, create privacy or cover eyesores.

Each custom size privacy metal panel we create is different, and every piece is created to meet your specifications. From the type of material used, to the pattern allowing varying levels of light through, and all the way down to thickness, each piece is made to fit your space.

What can you customize?

Panel Customization

Have unique project needs? We have the answer!

SIZE

Our maximum sheet size is 5′ x 10′ (60″ x 120″ or about 1.5 m by 3 m). For larger openings, we can split the overall space optimally and use several panels to cover your opening. With the highly precise laser machine we use, we are able to cut the panels perfectly to size to fit your space exactly.

SHAPE

Need something unusual? We can make slanted or arched panels, or cut a shape where every side is different, as long as it fits into our raw aluminum sheets.

THICKNESS

Need something sturdier? We can use 1/8″, 3/16″, or 1/4″ aluminum for standard projects, or 3/8″ thick aluminum for industrial applications. We recommend having your larger panels made out of 3/16″ or 1/4″ thick aluminum, as it helps prevent bowing and flimsiness.

DESIGN

Any of our standard designs can be adapted to a custom panel, and we can make or adapt unique designs for our panels as well. If you have a picture, and want to know if it can be made into a panel, feel free to send an e-mail our way! If your project requires multiple panels, we can adjust the scale or flow of the design to keep it harmonious throughout.

MOUNTING

Want countersunk holes, tabs, or flanges? Need posts? Worry not, because we make it all! We can manufacture our panels with a variety of mounting options to make the installation even more straightforward. Powder Coating Finishing Options

Each of our panels can be powder coated in listed standard colors. Powder coating is a finishing process that yields a thick, hard finish that is a lot more durable than regular paint.
