ORDER PROCESS
- Submit/email a detailed shop drawing/details of your project. (Pictures are preferred) If you have ready-to-cut file, please provide this to us as well.
- We will provide you with a quote in a timely manner
- Once you approve, we will need to collect your information to invoice.
- You will receive a 2D image of your product.
- Once final approval is given, we start manufacturing. Lead time starts after final approval. Lead time varies with each project.

We accept multiple file formats including DXF, DWG, PDF, SVG, and more. Our team can assist with file conversion to ensure compatibility with our laser cutting systems.

Project schedules differ based on the design's complexity, size, and material. Large-scale or complex projects may require more time to finish than simple ideas. Our goal is to deliver timely service without sacrificing quality.

Are projects limited in size/cut?

Aluminum up to .375 inches, stainless steel up to .500 inches, and mild steel up to .750 inches can all be cut using a laser cutter. Maximum sheet size that we may accept is 120 inches by 60 inches.
