Order is usually ready to ship in 3 weeks. You have 24 hours after receiving the item to report any damages or issues.
- Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after the delivery of the product and only apply for standard size items
- All products are inspected before leaving our facility
- Returns are not allowed for any custom size and/or personalized products included but not limmited to Gates, Decor Panels, Fence Toppers, Wall Art, Monogram Signs, Fire pit rings and etc.
- LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover return shipping costs. This is the responsibility of the client
- Product have to be returned in original packaging and be unused
- Refund will be issued after the product is inspected. If the product arrives damaged no refund will be issued
LaserCutArts Inc. expressly denies any and all warranties of quality whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties as to the fitness for a particular purpose.
The Customer is relying in their own investigations regarding the satisfaction of municipal by-laws.
Some panels/fence topper panels/gates might have sharp edges: These panels/gencr topper panels/gates are decorative and are not for the children’s use and are not designed to be climbed on by children, adults or any other live beings.
In consideration of purchasing our products, you release LaserCutArts Inc., representatives, successors, agents and employees from any claim regarding to damages, injuries and/or death suffered in connection with our products.
Colour: Please note that due to differences in browsers and monitors, colour samples that are displayed online could appear different. Since it is difficult to ensure that our online colors appear similar on all devices, we do not guarantee that the same colour is correctly reflected by what you see on our screen.
At the time of delivery, signatures are required to receive our product to avoid lost/stolen packages. In the case of someone not being home to sign, the delivery courier will leave a “we missed you “slip and the package will be returned to the closest shipping facility. On the slip the address and time of available pick up will be indicated. You will be required to pick it up at your own time or you would have to contact the courier company directly to avoid them from shipping it back to us. If packages can’t be delivered, and get returned to us, shipping will not be covered. Customer will be responsible for the 2nd shipment.
