Orders could take up to 3 weeks to be shipped. All provided lead times are an estimate, and LaserCutArts Inc is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or the Customs processing.

Any additional surcharges imposed by the carrier are the responsibility of the client. LaserCutArts Inc is not responsible for out of area, customs/import, or any other fee issued at the time of delivery

Disclaimers

All standard panels have a -1/8" size tolerance. As an example, for a panel 24" x 60", the actual size of the panel is 23 7/8" x 59 7/8" (or 23.88" x 59.88")

All standard panels come with predrilled holes 0.2" in diameter placed around the perimeter of the panel

Some panel designs may have openings, extended elements and/or angles. LaserCutArts Inc is not responsible for injuries due to improper handling and/or user error

These panels/gates are decorative and are not for the children’s use and are not designed to be climbed on by children, adults or any other live beings

In consideration of purchasing our products, you release LaserCutArts Inc, representatives, successors, agents and employees from any claim regarding to damages, injuries and/or death suffered in connection with our products

Color setting variations in browsers and monitors may affect how colour samples are displayed online, and a sample may appear differently on various displays. Because of this, we do not guarantee that the actual colour of a given sample is the same as what you see on the screen
