– Returns are not accepted as only have an exchange policy.
-Cancellations are not allowed if manufacturing of product has begun.
-You have 24 hours after receiving product, to report any possible damages.
-Our exchange policies is the following:
-A maximum of 3 panels are eligible for exchange. This applies so standard size orders and only in black matte color.
-Policy does not take place on any custom orders including change or size, any other color than black matte, or any future customization.
– All products are inspected very thurly before shipment goes out to avoid any future delays.
-If client chooses to use our exchange policy, all shipment costs are clients responsibility.
-LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover return shipping costs.
– Product has to be returned to us in the same original packaging as it left and is unused.
– Refund will be issued after the product is inspected. If the product arrives damaged no refund will be issued.
