Our return policies are the following:
- Only products labeled “Exchanges/Returns Accepted for This Item” at the time of purchase are eligible for a return
- No returns are allowed for custom panels (including but not limited to non-standard sizes, colors, design, thickness, or mounting option)
- Order cancellations are not allowed if the manufacturing process has begun
- The item must be Black Matte in color
- No more than five (5) panels can be returned
- The item must be returned using original packaging, be unused, and undamaged
- Panels are inspected upon arrival. If the item arrives to Us damaged, no refund will be issued
- The Client must pay for return shipping. LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover return shipping costs
- The Client must pay import fees and/or duty charges, if any are required
- If the import fees and/or duty charges are not paid, their amount will be deducted from the refund given back to the Client
- The time required to process a return and issue a refund may take up to a month as import fees and/or duty charges may not be issued immediately

Damaged panels:
- After you receive the product you have 72 hours to report any damages
- You must include clear images of all damaged areas
- You must include clear images of original panel packaging
- All products that leave our facility are inspected and documented before they are shipped out to the Client. LaserCutArts Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the panel caused by the Client
